Risk management is critical to every aspect of our businesses from developing trading models to structuring financing for M&A transactions. You will mitigate and manage risk, and maintain transparency with management, clients, regulators and shareholders.
What we offer
In this program, you’ll be part of the Credit or CTC Risk teams, where you'll learn about risk management. You’ll gain knowledge through a variety of hands-on experiences, such as in London you’ll benefit from a rotation program across different teams and industry coverage.

ON-THE-JOB EXPERIENCE
Working with internal and external stakeholders, you will conduct industry, credit and financial analysis. You’ll be instrumental on deal teams, engaged in documentation negotiations. You’ll help define and set risk frameworks while managing exposures.
TRAINING
Your new career in risk management begins with four weeks of training in New York City. You’ll learn real-world applications working alongside top professionals, and enjoy access to ongoing instruction through our development programs.
