The Account Executive is responsible for both generating and seeing provided qualified leads and opportunities through execution, collaborating with a Business Development Representative on inbound and outbound strategies, and sculpting the overall strategy of the sales department.
What you'll do:

Be comfortable presenting products to prospective clients, both in person and virtually

Serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to all client partners throughout the entire sales and onboarding process

Be competitive in nature with strong passion to exceed personal and professional goals

Have an aptitude to understand and articulate key business drivers and overcome potential client partners' objections by effectively communicating the LegitScript value propositions

Consistently meet or exceed pre-assigned KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and activity targets

Be team oriented and collaborative with all departments

Be open to consistent, formal coaching from leadership, sales coaches, and peers
What you'll bring:

Knowledge of market research tactics, sales and negotiating principles

Exceptional organization skills and time management
-
Proven experience adapting and thriving in a constantly changing environment

Knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce)

Must possess and consistently exhibit the competencies relative to the position
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to lead discussions in diverse groups of varying size
-
Excellent problem solving skills as well as the ability to use good judgment and make strong independent decisions
-
Demonstrate an inspirational attitude that contributes to a positive team environment
-
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members along with willingness to set and maintain high standards of performance

Well developed ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write in the English language
-
4 year college or university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
-
5 years of proven account executive or sales representative experience
