Business Analyst provides support and perform a wide range of project or initiative for the Consulting Delivery Talent Business Advisor team in the delivery of strategic initiatives to the Business. The role will also support the Talent organization to plan and deliver transformational talent programs and processes.



Work you'll do



Manager Talent Business Analyst will work closely with the Leader Talent Business Advisor and Talent Business Advisor team to provide Talent consultative solutions tailored to support the execution of talent strategic priorities for the Delivery Talent Team.


  • Work on initiatives across various areas of talent like compensation, talent survey, workforce planning, and talent acquisition, etc.

  • Develop project plans, programs, manage cross-functional collaboration, prepare plans, and provide regular status updates to leadership

  • Exhibits strong executive presence and the ability to clearly communicate complex talent topics to business leadership

  • Lead and deliver complex initiatives and drive process improvements projects

  • Applies the key concepts of logical structuring to create presentations and other business communications that resonate with and influence the business

  • Assists talent team in translating business strategies into actionable Talent strategies.

  • Collaborates across multiple facets of our organization and develops substantial relationships with key leaders to influence decisions

  • Supports fostering change throughout the organization and ensure that Talent strategies are aligned with the firm's culture

  • Cultivate ideas and advance them into actionable solutions to enable the business to lead from the front while providing the #1 talent experience for our professionals

  • Analyzes data and fundamental information about the business and provides high level expertise and analytics. Distills complex information into key insights, clear recommendations, and action plans

  • Other duties as assigned



The team




The Business Advisor organization champions a "One Talent Team" through collaboration with the Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Core Talent Services (CTS) to deliver integrated Talent services to support Business strategies and priorities.



Qualifications



Required:


  • Bachelor's degree required & at least 5 years' related experience

  • Executive level presence / written communications

  • PowerPoint Storyboarding and executive level presentation development

  • Strong technical skills in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros), PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Team player who will flourish in a fast-paced environment

  • Business acumen and analytical skills

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86,425 to $159,165.




You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
