Regional Property Management Leader

Thank you for checking out this listing! JMK is a vertically integrated company with an abundance of growth opportunities. The JMK Group is quickly growing, and we are looking for someone in the Miami-Dade area to lead our Property Management business.

This will be a full-time position, salary, and paid biweekly with additional bonuses and flexible time off. Oh, and did we mention that it is a hybrid position? Wait, really?!? And Monday through Friday? Yes! You work from our office 4 days a week, and 1 day a week from your home. Did we mention that there's a Starbucks in our building?

$45,000 - $57,000 yearly plus bonuses

What will you be doing?

• Leading a diverse team of hybrid and remote workers.
• Establishing and Automating processes; we are always willing to change to improve!
• Making jokes and eating good food with the team
• Onboarding property owners
• Visiting communities as needed--but you will mainly be at our corporate office
• Delegating tasks to your team
• Communicating with owners, tenants, and vendors as needed
• Helping to grow the business because we are growing quickly!

If you are the person that fixes something right away or does the dishes without being asked, then you are what we are searching for. It is very critical that you are:

• EXTREMELY reliable
• Proactive
• Have a smartphone
• You are comfortable using a computer
• Have a positive/no-excuse attitude

What are some of the additional qualifications?

• Experience in Both Property Management and Customer Service
• Reliable Transportation
• A High School Diploma or GED
• Bilingual, English and Spanish preferred
