Responsibilities:

• Responsible for gathering and understanding business needs and translating them into effective user stories/requirements.
• Collaborate with Solution Architect, Product Owner, and Technical Lead to prioritize and implement cost-effective business processes and system solutions.
• Build a holistic understanding of systems and applications & underlying domain being supported
• Perform systems analysis for business process and application changes.
• Identify impacts of change and facilitate prioritization.
• Effectively update and/or document system, and business process changes for business and technical audiences with clarity, completeness, and specificity.
• Actively communicate with business partners on business processes and system changes or problems. Build and sustain relationships to ensure timely solutions.
• Act as a liaison, partnering closely with business and technical staff to achieve business results.
  

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis & Administration with good background in Salesforce.
• Nice to have good experience working on integration projects
• Experience working in medium to large teams in complex business or project environments with end-to-end experience of project or software development life cycle and direct end-user interactions.
• Ability to organize, specify, and model requirements to ensure they are complete and support global needs.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills. Detailed oriented.
• Strong customer-facing skills with good communication.
• Should possess multiple Salesforce certifications.
