We are looking for an engineer trained in lean manufacturing principles such as TPS, Six Sigma, 5S and more, to join a dynamic team in an employee-centric manufacturing facility. The continuous improvement engineer will be responsible for leading change and lean initiatives in our manufacturing facility. You will present new lean manufacturing principles to team members and work with the supervisory team to improve production and results in the plant.

Job Requirements

Qualified Candidates MUST have:
• BS Degree in Engineering or closely related technical field
• 1+ years of manufacturing engineering or CI engineering experience
• Knowledge or training in various lean manufacturing principles and techniques
