Drive sales performance by setting targets, monitoring progress, and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment for the team, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
Develop and implement training programs to ensure all team members have a deep understanding of the Nike brand and products.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions and keep the team informed.
Effectively communicate with upper management to provide updates on team performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that the store is stocked with the latest Nike products.
Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Support and participate in store events and promotions, working with the marketing team to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
Continuously evaluate and improve store operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the Nike values and inspiring team members to do the same.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, providing opportunities for team members to grow and advance within the company.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
Maintain a strong passion for sports and fitness, staying updated on the latest industry trends and incorporating them into the store's offerings.
