Are you a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional with a passion for organization and client service? Robert E. Mackey CPA LLC, a growing accounting firm in Grandview Heights, OH, is seeking an Office Coordinator to oversee daily office operations and provide an exceptional experience for our clients.
As the first point of contact, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for clients, manage appointments, oversee office communications, and ensure seamless administrative operations. This role is full-time, but flexibility may be available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Client Interaction & Office Management
· Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel valued and comfortable.
· Answer phone calls professionally and assist clients with inquiries.
· Manage client check-ins, signatures, document drop-offs, and payments.
· Maintain a professional and organized office environment.
Administrative & Operational Support
· Schedule and manage appointments efficiently.
· Keep internal systems updated with accurate client information.
· Scan, organize, and assemble tax documents.
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
· Provide general support to the team and owner as needed.
Bookkeeping & Technology Support
· Assist with client bookkeeping as required.
· Utilize QuickBooks and other accounting-related software.
· Adapt to new technologies and software applications as needed.
