Additionally, employees will receive weekly pay through Spherion, ensuring timely compensation for their hard work. As Assembly Technicians, individuals will be responsible for following work order instructions meticulously. They will utilize provided tools to complete tasks both as part of a team and independently. The role involves assembling small parts effectively and requires the ability to understand and follow blueprints and schematics.
