Medical Front Office/Call Center Representative

Join our team! Established pediatric office looking for a full-time front office/call center representative for our office in Lilburn and Winder.

Responsibilities include:
• Checking patients in/out
• Answering telephones
• Returning phone calls
• Making appointments
• Calling patients/parents
• Verifying insurance
• Follow all HIPAA, OSHA, AAP, CDC, and all other relevant guidelines

Must be vaccinated against COVID19.

Must speak Spanish. Experience in Pediatrics and with Office Practicum (OP) a plus. Must be a team player. Salary based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
