HR Manager Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to production/manufacturing facilities in the US.
Main Responsibilities:
• Providing HR guidance to managers and employees on various HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Partnering with business leaders to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Managing employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and recommending appropriate actions.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and company policies.
Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 6+ years of exceptional experience in HR project management or a related role.
