As the Strategic Advisory Services GM you are responsible for activities and processes that help the sales organization achieve business objectives. You partner with the Enterprise Solutions team and Regional Management to establish enterprise wide solutions and work with customers to develop, negotiate, and execute.

Roles and Responsibilities
· Lead team of specialized colleagues to collaborate with senior management, Account Executives, Market VPs, Region Presidents, and product leaders to complete complex sales or broader enterprise opportunities with strategic accounts
· Support account community in creating account strategies and plans for the most important customers and partners
· Lead the execution of advisory services within large partnerships or other engagements
· Lead the creation of standardized advisory offerings supporting our care area and long term partnerships commercial strategies and value propositions
· Support commercial opportunities by conducting large technology and asset assessments and plans for clients
· Conduct cost and service structure assessments (potential to embed within service organization)
· Identify ways to expand technology planning and capabilities to Patient Care Solutions (PCS) business. Primarily focused on Imaging and Ultrasound today
· Act as a conduit to commercial strategy team to provide insights and opportunities for new service offerings
· Collaborate with Account Executives and Market VP's during the sales process including in pitches and proposals for more complex enterprise solutions deals- act as a strategic asset for account team (Will not engage in prospecting activities that are not aligned to account plans)
· Provide Account Executives and Market VP's with consistent enterprise solutions framework that include standard work, proposed value propositions for solutions, guidance on contracting, and ways to package/curate solutions to meet customer needs
· Proactively engage with and drive discussions with Account Executives and Market VP's to identify enterprise solutions opportunities and deploy resources accordingly
· Lead strategic discussions with target clients in collaboration with account teams on enterprise solutions. Seek to identify customer needs and advise on the solutions / product offerings that would best fit needs (menu of macro and micro offerings )
· Provide change management, process improvement workflow guidance, and market strategy and planning services to accounts to differentiate GEHC. The suite of services provided to clients should make use of repeatable, scalable tools that drive value driven custom consulting work
· Team is only deployed for high potential accounts that require a more holistic, complex solution
Required Qualifications
· Previously held leadership position with an internal or external consulting or solutions function of a pharma, life sciences, or med tech company (~10+ years)
· Ex- consultant in healthcare, particular focus in pharma, life sciences and med tech (~6 to 8 years+)
- Ability to lead a large and very skilled team to facilitate consequential discussions regarding resourcing and appropriate alignment to customers
- Strong experience in leading commercial activities with large accounts
Desired Characteristics
· Aptitude for understanding and creating detailed and complex arrangements, contracts, and partnerships
· Experience in the healthcare provider space is a strong advantage
· Analytical skills set to understand and create complex analysis and/or business cases
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
· Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
· Demonstrated ability to lead programs/ projects
· Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
· Established project management skills
For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $164,500.00-$305,500.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
