What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the team – Delegate tasks, support partners, and ensure efficient store operations during your shift.
  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Service – Build strong customer relationships, address needs, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Coach and Develop Partners – Train and mentor new team members, providing feedback and guidance to ensure high performance.
  • Maintain Store Excellence – Ensure the store is clean, safe, and compliant with operational policies, including cash handling and food safety.
  • Problem-Solve in Real-Time – Stay composed and professional during busy hours, unexpected situations, and operational challenges.
  • Foster Team Morale – Recognize achievements, listen to concerns, and communicate effectively with the store manager.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant setting.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
