Job Requirements
Sunseeker Resorts is seeking an experienced Front Office Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in guest service and front desk operations, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role
- Oversee the daily operations of all Front office related areas, including front office, guest arrival and departure, call center, reservations, and more
- Ensure that standards and strategic objectives are being upheld, with a focus on guest satisfaction, revenue management, team engagement, and training
- Monitor and maintain effective communications with all hotels operational departments to resolve situations impacting guest service or malfunctions of departmental equipment
- Supervise the service levels of the Front Office Team Members, making recommendations for operational procedures and service philosophy adjustments as needed
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in hospitality management or related field
- Minimum of one (1) year experience as a Front Office Assistant Manager or similar role in a Luxury Hotel/Resort setting with 300+ rooms
- Minimum of three (3) years in a guest service, front desk agent, call center, or similar role in a hotel setting
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet established deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving issues promptly
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
