Job Description
The Operations Account Manager will maintain existing customer relationships and extend our reach through new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled at operational efficiencies, this person will join and work with a team to achieve our company vision. This person will be an individual contributor who partners with other members of the organization to manage vendors, manufacturing, and key accounts.
The Operations Account Manager responsibilities encompass the following:
Manage and improve supply chain efficiencies in a challenging supply chain.
Manage and develop key accounts for the organization. Own the relationship for key accounts across numerous channels, including sourcing, white label, and the medical community.
Anticipate and forecast business needs.
Knowledge of CGMP, Quality, and manufacturing principles.
Assist the sales team in converting and managing new business.
Support and manage established retail accounts. Including but not limited to Walmart, Target, GNC and others.
Understand the foundations of retail sales and the impact it has on elevating a brand.
Manage all aspects of customer service functions within the company.
Job Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Quality, Manufacturing or related field.
3+ years of experience in CPG, retail, medical sales, or other related fields.
Have a general understanding of OTC Drug, Medical Device, and/or cosmetic Quality standards.
Have working knowledge of OTC Drug, Medical Device, and/or cosmetic manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of mass retail management systems: Retail Link, Partner's Online, EDI.
Be able to effectively prioritize and manage tasks in a reasonable timeframe.
Be able to respond quickly, effectively, and appropriately to a business environment that constantly evolves.
Be a thought leader who can operate independently without supervision as well as work in a team environment.
Have strong written and verbal language skills.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Google G-suite.
More about the position:
This job is located in Las Vegas, NV. This position is not accepting remote applicants. Work is conducted on-site.
The role will require minimal travel, up to 5%.
Signing Bonus and/or relocation offered to the ideal candidate.
