Controls Engineer

• Description:* This person will be working with the engineering lead who will assign improvement projects to this candidate. They will work with suppliers to implement new camera systems. Building panels, need to be able to program from scratch but 90% of the time will be working through problems and troubleshooting. This person will be working on molding equipment, assembly equipment, and die cast machines. Have the ability to assist the floor but also work on engineering projects as assigned.- Factory Talk for HMI running on windows PC s or Panelviews
• Allan Bradley PLC s for ladder logic programming o Primary -> Compact Logix SLC 504, 1769, 5069 families o Secondary -> Micro Logix 1100, 1500
• Vision Applications o Primarily -> Keyence IV Vision sensors/systems o Secondary -> GVI / Cognex Vision Systems o Robot -> IRVision
• Servo -> IAI, AB Kentix
• Fanuc Robots Touch pendant programming
• Skills:* Hmi, Plc programming, Automation, troubleshooting, allen-bradley, allen bradley plc, rslogix, vision system, keyence plc ladder logic, servo, robotics
