Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 4.00pm for the academic year

A role to support our pupils within the company's bespoke SEMH primary school.
We are seeking a candidate to support pupils to achieve their full potential educationally, socially, and emotionally.
You will be joining an established team of professionals including Teachers, Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCo), and Speech and Language Therapist (SALT).
As an LSA, you are a valued member of the Education Department assisting the teachers in delivering the school curriculum.
Successful candidates will have an enthusiastic, creative personality with the ability to motivate and stimulate our children with numeracy and literacy in a flexible and exciting approach.
Although previous knowledge is desirable, relevant training and support will be provided to those individuals who can demonstrate the necessary commitment, patience, and resilience to succeed in this challenging but extremely rewarding role.
Interviews will be held at Eastry on Weds 23 and Thurs 24 April 2025.
