We are seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented team player that is ready to dive into the commercial real estate industry.Position: Commercial Real Estate AdvisorPurpose: This role will work within our brokerage team to achieve team and company goals, as well as provide excellent service to our clients. Advisors will follow required organizational processes, marketing strategies, data tracking, scheduling, planning and administrative items needed to complete transactions.Reports to: Principal BrokerCharacteristics: High Energy, Superb Customer Service, Detail Oriented, Strong Communication,Analytical, Self-MotivatedDuties:● Understand and embody company mission and core values● Receive, review and respond to all internal and external communication in a timely manner● Be open to working with high performing advisors to meet team goals● Manage all documents involved in the deal pipeline and transactions through various commercial real estate systemsBuildOut, Catalyst, Google Drive, Costar, LoopNet, CREXi, etc.● Execute brokerage agreements based on representation between broker and client● Submit commission vouchers to Brokerage Operations Coordinator at deal execution through disbursement process through Buildout disbursement process● Communicate with Brokerage Operations Coordinator for signage needs● Participate in weekly team sales meetings● Coordinate listing showings with prospects in a timely manner● Respond to prospect inquiries in a timely manner● Draft letters of intent and contracts for transactions● Communicate with clients on a regular basis providing listing updates, data analytics, marketing updates and traffic reports● Maintain continuing education to remain in compliance with state realtor requirements● Keep up-to-date Errors & Omissions Insurance● Keep organized record of all client communications in relation to any listing or transaction● Provide proper documentation to Brokerage Operations Coordinator related to potential audits from the state licensing officeWhat SVN OffersEach independently owned SVN office offers its own unique package of services and support to its advisors.As part of an SVN company, you can expect to receive:The advantages of being part of a global brand, with the ability to participate in transactions from across the country and around the world.An office culture that is refreshingly different from other firms – true collaboration.
