As a key member of our organization, you will have the flexibility to work independently while benefiting from the support of our team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality strategic business advisory services to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and increase their chances of a successful sale.

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a CFO (or equivalent) in privately held companies within the USA. Additionally, you should possess at least 15 years of professional experience since college graduation. A Series 7 and/or 79 license is a valuable asset.
