Project Manager, Civil Engineering

We are looking to hire a licensed civil engineer with project management and project procurement experience.• Preparing site feasibility studies
• Being responsible for project coordination with clients and consultants from multiple disciplines
• Preparing scope and fee for projects and tracking project schedules and budget
• Design and prepare site development drawings for roadway and onsite improvements per various municipality requirements
• Site grading design
• Street and Road design
• Stormwater mitigation including detention, treatment & conveyance
• TESC design
• Preparing technical documents, including cost estimates, feasibility studies and storm water management reports.
• Coordinating with various municipalities and utility purveyors to meet project needs.
• Provide construction support services to respond to contractor RFI's, submittal reviews and as-built preparation.
• Working with project teams on developing project deliverables that include design work and interdisciplinary project coordination.• Minimum 5-year project management experience
• Minimum 10-years Civil Engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineering License
• Proficient in AutoCad Civil 3d
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proficient using WWHM
• Strong technical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to autonomously communicate effectively and clearly to clients, consultants and jurisdictions
• Ability to manage time, resources and staff to meet project deliverable dates
• Experience working with local municipalities
