Senior Civil Engineer Lead

Job Overview:
Civil engineers play a crucial role in shaping our communities by designing and developing infrastructure that supports public health, safety, and well-being. As a senior civil engineer, you will have the opportunity to lead project teams and contribute to large-scale water and wastewater treatment projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop site civil designs for water and wastewater treatment facilities
- Design complex treatment plant yard piping systems and coordinate with other utilities
- Design site paving, access, and fencing for water and wastewater treatment facilities and other ancillary infrastructure

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil environmental, or biosystems/agricultural engineering from an ABET accredited program
- 10 or more years of civil site design experience
- In-depth knowledge of different piping materials including their flow characteristics and bedding requirements
- Proficiency in the design of grading and drainage plans
- Professional Engineer Licensure (PE)

Bonus Points:
- Master's degree in civil or environmental engineering
- Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM)
- Experience using Bluebeam
- Experience working with stormwater conveyance software, including HEC-RAS/HMS
