Location: Austin, TX (Remote with local market focus)

The Realm Agency is a growing real estate brokerage specializing in residential and apartment locating. We are looking for a motivated and experienced lead agent in Austin, Texas, to lead and develop our presence in these markets. This role is perfect for someone with entrepreneurial spirit, strong leadership skills, and a passion for real estate.
Job Description: As the Residential/Apartment Locator Lead, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of locators in your designated market. You will play a key role in driving lead generation, business development, and marketing efforts to increase brand awareness and business growth. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, highly motivated, and capable of managing their own business while leading the charge in their respective market.
Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & Training: Actively recruit and train new apartment locators to build a strong team in your market.
• Team Leadership: Provide ongoing coaching and leadership to help your team succeed, ensuring that they meet and exceed their goals.
• Lead Generation & Marketing: Generate your own leads through local marketing efforts, partnerships, and outreach. Oversee marketing strategies for your team to ensure consistent brand messaging and visibility.
• Business Development: Establish and nurture relationships with property managers, leasing agents, and other key industry partners to expand our network of properties and generate more opportunities for your team.
• Deal Management: Handle the logistics of closing deals for your clients and team, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
• Market Leadership: Position yourself as the go-to expert in your market, building a reputation for quality service and strong market knowledge.
• Performance & Growth: Track and report on key metrics, including deal volume, team success, and market share, while working to grow the business in your area.
Compensation: This is a commission-based role with the following benefits:
• Competitive Split: Earn a competitive split on deals you personally close.
• Market-Based Earnings: Receive a percentage of the deals generated in your market by your team, based on performance.
• Unlimited Earning Potential: As your team grows and generates more business, so does your earning potential.
Requirements:
• Current Texas Real Estate License
• Previous experience in apartment locating, real estate, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, recruitment, and training abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of success in lead generation and sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the Austin real estate markets is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative while being a team player.
