TRUST GRADING, INC.
LOGISTICS & WAREHOUSE MANAGER

The logistics and warehouse manager is responsible for the storage, movement,
distribution, inventory management, records maintenance, and operational oversight of
the warehouse and all items and associates directly under their supervision. They will
be tasked with implementing operational workflows, policies and procedures, as well
as planning routes, analyzing budgets, and processing shipments. It will be their
responsibility to ensure effective and safe use of any warehouse equipment and ensure
the safety of their staff.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• The logistics and warehouse manager must possess advanced organizational
  competency and have logistics/warehouse experience in a similar setting.
• Must possess the ability to remain technologically savvy and have a full
  understanding of the field of business the company operates in.
• Duties also include maintaining the cleanliness of all work areas and equipment in
  accordance with company policies and Clark County Health Standards.
• Displays a positive personality, attitude, knowledge, enthusiasm, and performance
  while delivering attentive detail to each part of their job responsibilities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Candidates must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• Previous work experience in a fast-paced, high volume environment with
  comparable settings
• Ability to perform job functions and demonstrate required work skills, sound
  judgment, logical decision making, and manage time effectively with minimum
  supervision
• Requires strong knowledge of current technology, logistics, and warehouse
  management

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to lift heavy items at various heights and angles without assistance.
  Able to move, setup/breakdown, transport equipment, product, and supplies.
• Capable to climb, bend, reach, push, pull, stoop, grasp, walk, sit and stand for the
  duration of shift.
• Require manual dexterity to operate job related equipment.

WORK CONDITIONS

• Work will include indoor and/or outdoor responsibilities. Must have the ability to
  withstand high temperatures, heat and sun exposure and wet surface conditions,
  loud noises, various work hours, and commercial equipment..
• Work area may be unusually hot, cold, noisy.
• Work may be performed in small areas with a 3 ft. access. Tasks are performed
  from a non-sitting position.
• Team Members will be required to stand, walk, lift, reach, push, pull and grasp.
• These tasks include the maintenance and care of the assigned area. Work may
  entail trained chemical usage.
