Civil Engineering Project Manager

Hoyle Tanner and Associates, Inc. is seeking a talented Project Engineer to join our team of transportation design professionals.

About the Role:

This position offers the opportunity to work on state agency and municipal roadway, traffic, drainage, and safety designs.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Preparation of calculations, layouts, estimates, and specifications.
• Leading small teams for moderately complex projects.
• Providing coaching, mentoring, and feedback to develop entry-level and staff engineers, peers, and others as needed.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need a BSCE degree, 5-10 years of relevant experience, current PE licensure in NH, MA, ME, or VT, and experience with MaineDOT, NHDOT, VTrans, or MassDOT highway projects.
