To ensure this complex job goes off without a hitch, Supply Chain teams work with a network of more than 50 distribution centers, thousands of accounts, and more than 100,000 retail stores worldwide — making the impossible happen every single day.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for Marketplace Operations (MPO) Managers to join the Nike team! We have multiple openings we'll be hiring for. In these roles, you will manage a team within Nike Marketplace Partners, Nike Direct or Seasonal Readiness to ensure premium customer experience while driving growth, profitability, improved service, and an optimized order book.

You will drive day-to-day supply chain operations and work closely with our Transportation and Distribution Center teams. You will own all shipping and supply planning execution in close collaboration with Finance and other partners to drive mutual profitability for Nike and partner(s). 

We are looking for a leader who excels at tactical supply chain management as well as crafting strategic priorities in our quest to always be on the offense.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
-  Lead & manage a team of marketplace operations Specialists, Leads and Analysts

-  Partner cross-functionally within Nike as needed to flawlessly deliver our product across the orderbook

-   Lead strategy on better supply chain integration/connected marketplace

-  Enhance marketplace potential with increased speed of execution

-  Influence end to end supply chain process from planning, inbound delivery, distribution, transportation services, systems, store operations, and sales floor replenishment

-  Align with Leadership on shipment plans for the Account/Channel – ensuring outbound flow is aligned with Account/ Channel DC & Store capacity while meeting Nike’s financial needs

WHAT YOU BRING
-  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

-  Minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience

-  Dynamic operational experience in Supply Chain

-  Experience leading teams and developing talent

-  Omni-channel supply chain mentality and retail knowledge

-  Planning and forecasting ability

STRONGLY PREFERRED:
-  Experience with advanced analytics concepts & tools for data visualization (Tableau, PowerBI) & data preparation (SQL, Alteryx).
