**JOB SUMMARY**


The Senior Business Systems Analyst, Data Management is a member of the Reporting and Analytics team in the IT Infrastructure & Delivery Shared Services (I&DSS) organization. This position will be a technical and subject matter expert in infrastructure and operations data with a special focus on KPI measurements for operational excellence. Hands-on data analysis & engineering skills in SQL are required to build and manage data products supporting analytics and reporting. The Senior Business Systems Analyst will partner with other I&DSS and Global Technology teams on data integration and provide technical support to large I&DSS reporting and operational projects; implement system and business process changes to improve data quality; and support departmental initiatives in the areas of data governance, data management and analytics. The Senior Business Systems Analyst will also be responsible for contributing to the development of our Azure data platform by setting requirements and consulting on future platform initiatives.


We are looking for a driven individual with a good understanding of the Data Management challenges associated with larger-scale enterprises, hands-on SQL experience to manage robust data pipelines and knowledge of cloud computing & modern data warehousing environments. This role will collaborate with I&DSS towers and Global Technology teams to build and manage the data platform, data pipelines, data sets, and help deploy analytics reports and models to production.

**Required**


+ Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience/certifications


+ 6+ years of progressive experience in data management, analytics, data warehousing, or data science


+ 5+ years consistent use and experience with SQL for data gathering, analysis and presentations


+ Proven experience managing robust data pipelines in cloud computing & modern data warehousing environments (Azure data platform and Microsoft SQLServer required)


+ Proven experience working in SQL for data analysis and data engineering


+ Demonstrated experience working on Agile teams

**CORE WORK ACTIVITIES**

+ Plan and manage data platform development using Azure Data Factory and SQL including:


+ Facilitate data integration & exchanges with internal and external data providers


+ Manage Delivery product targets & tracking requirements for KPI measurements


+ Hands-on design of data products in Azure platform to enable reporting and analytics


+ Develop & automate data pipeline jobs using stored procedures & task schedulers


+ Continuously seek new ways of managing & optimizing existing data or acquiring new data sources to support development of I&DSS data products


+ Act as a bridge between Global Technology, I&DSS towers and Reporting teams facilitating data shares in a timely and accurate manner


+ Develop standard KPI measurements, business rules and maintain data dictionary updates


+ Collaborate with peers to develop systems and technologies that promote automation & monitoring


+ Act as a trusted subject matter expert and partner with analytics teams to make recommendations on data usage


+ Prepare technical and user documentation for data governance and user training

**Colorado Applicants Only:** The salary range for this position is $96,038.00 to $190,154.00 annually.


**Hawaii Applicants Only:** The salary range for this position is $116,205.00 to $209,169.00 annually.


**New York Applicants Only:** The salary range for this position is $96,038.00 to $209,169.00 annually.


**Washington Applicants Only:** The salary range for this position is $96,038.00 to $209,169.00 annually. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus. Employees will accrue 0.04616 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 7 holidays annually.
