Responsibilities
Supervise campers throughout the day; be a role model
Provide classroom support for the faculty
Organize and lead campers in mathematical play, activities
Recognize and respond to needs of campers
Provide feedback on students' behavior and performance
QUALIFICATIONS
Undergraduate or graduate student studying mathematics
Excitement for math and for working with bright 7-11 yr olds
Excellent character, integrity, dependability, and adaptability
Positive energy level maintained throughout the long day
Ability to communicate, work with others, and problem solve

Epsilon Camp is seeking students of mathematics who are passionate about sharing their love of mathematics with young students. The ideal candidate is someone who is both knowledgeable and enthusiastic about mathematics, who loves working with children, and who can be depended upon to keep a group of campers safe, supervised, and engaged.
Counselors are paid a salary of $2000, provided room and board, and reimbursed for travel to and from camp. Counselors must be on site from July 14 to August 1, 2022.
