Quality Control Coordinator (Remote-New York)

Job Introduction

Maximus is currently hiring for an Quality Control Coordinator! This position supports the statewide Independent Practitioner Panel (IPP) that issues a practitioner's orders for individuals who have undergone a Community Health Assessment and are eligible for community-based long-term care services and supports.

This is a full time position that is fully remote in the state of New York.

Education and Experience Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitoring inbound and outbound call interactions
• Create and attend call calibration session with coordinator to provide feedback
• Identify process improvement opportunities
• Identify customer services and coordinator's performance trends, and provide constructive feedback
• Ensure compliance of policies and procedures
• Review and ensure monthly performance reports are accurate and all standards are being met
• Participate in the development of project goals, objectives, and training activities, and monitoring the achievement of those goals
• Escalate issues to management when necessary
• Utilize MAXeb and other system applications to create reports on an ad-hoc basis
• Assist in the development of new process to meet program goals on an as-needed basis
• Assist with special assignments as-needed

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma
• 2 years related customer service experience
• May have additional training or education in area of specialization.
• Work on assignments that are routine in nature, with responsibilities easily learned on the job.
• Acquire job skills and learns applicable policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
• Able to read, understand & perform assignments within prescribed guidelines.
• Communicate routine information in a clear and accurate way with internal & external contacts
• Preferred experience with Quality Assurance and/or Quality Monitoring
• Preferred Bilingual language (Spanish, Russian, Haitian/Creole, Mandarin, Cantonese, Bengali, Korean)
