Driver/Material Handler

Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring for a Driver/Material Handler position with a New HVAC Distribution Center that just moved to the Bradenton, FL area. Fast-paced; $18/hr.

Duties Include:
- Assist drivers in loading HVAC equipment and supplies onto delivery vehicles
- Verify the accuracy of received items against packing slips or purchase orders
- Pull orders off of shelves and ensure they're going to the proper places
- Organize and maintain warehouse shelves and storage areas to maximize space utilization.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensure that all items are securely fastened and properly positioned to prevent damage during transit.

Requirements:
- Prior commercial box truck driving experience required
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Active Drivers License is required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
- Must be able to pass an MVR Report.
- Position will require a 5 Panel Drug Screen and a Background Check
- Ability to stand, lift, stoop, bend, reach and grasp
- Able to lift 50 pounds consistently
