- Build the monetization strategies for key accounts and manage media/data inventory to set up campaigns and distribute audience segments on behalf of clients. Lead the efforts with cross-functional teams.
- Functions as a key project decision maker and a SME to prioritize tier-1 media plans/campaigns and optimize per client s needs.
- Provide adtech solutions, troubleshooting and create process for new monetization opportunities.
- Be a mentor of junior roles on the team, train new hires and provide guidance on day to day routing, approvals, timelines, gathering feedback and keeping up to date on campaigns and conversations.
- Bachelor's Degree Communications, Advertising, Maketing, STEM (Required)
- At least 5 yrs Ad Opertaions experience in a publisher or an advertising agency. ()
- Strategic Thinking Capable of analyzing results and providing strategic plans to drive business growth (Required)
- Communication Must be an effective communicator to facilitate TMS goals in an external environment (Required)
- Advertising Knowledge of the advertising industry as well as opinions and projections for its future (Required)
- Digital Marketing Online, digital marketing experience (Preferred)
- At least one: DMP, SSP, DSPs relevant certification; Google Ad Manager certification, The Trade Desk programmatic ads certification, etc. (Required)
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law. The CDC currently defines fully vaccinated as two weeks after the second dose for Pfizer and Moderna, and two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson.
