WHAT YOU'LL DO
Under the direction of the Specialty Campus Talent Acquisition Lead, you will support the complete life cycle of Climate & Sustainability (C&S) North America (NAMR) campus recruiting efforts. This includes pipeline development, event planning and execution, marketing and branding related activities, planning and execution of the interview process, candidate communication, campus team communication and relationship building, and conversion support. You will work closely with the NAMR C&S Leadership team, Recruiting Partners (RPs), Recruiting Directors (RDs), office Talent Acquisition teams, and other Talent Acquisition team members. You will be part of an agile specialty campus team and will often flex between different campus recruiting efforts.YOU'RE GOOD AT
- Supporting Climate and Sustainability campus recruiting strategy development (jointly with TAL, RPs, RDs); including season analyses, developing calendar, qualitative groups, etc.
- Managing logistics (planning, correspondence, execution) of the recruiting process from marketing and events planning, through screening, interviewing and conversion
- Leading candidate relationship building: following up on all candidate inquiries, creating positive BCG recruiting experiences by serving as a friendly, welcoming face to BCG
- Cultivating relationships with campus career services and campus clubs and developing BCG's brand on campus
- Continually collecting and analyzing information and evaluating the effectiveness of recruiting activities, providing valuable input aimed at continuously improving our recruiting efforts; monitoring and analyzing the competitive environment
- Partnering effectively with office talent acquisition teams, campus teams, and other relevant teams to provide optimal candidate experience
- Using the database and other tools to manage data and generate correspondence, reports, interview and event invitations
- Supporting and running efforts for other areas of the specialty campus recruiting team, as needed
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-4 years of recruiting, HR, or relevant experience required; campus recruiting experience a plus
- High customer service and relationship orientation - strong interpersonal and communication skills, highly responsive, able to develop effective working relationships with candidates and colleagues across the organization
- Excellent time and project management skills. You have clear systems and composure to deal with multiple tasks at once, with a great attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills with strong attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness
- Ability to set priorities, plan workflow and take initiative
- Analytical proficiency; facility with numbers
- Self-motivated, takes initiative, possesses creative problem-solving skills and willingness to offer suggestions for improvement; builds relationships to leverage resource
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to effectively persuade, influence, and negotiate
- Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service- oriented environment and to interpret rules and guidelines flexibly to enhance the business and in keeping with BCG's values and culture
- Strong computer and database skills: Outlook, Word, Excel (preferred), and PowerPoint
- Experience working successfully within a complex matrix structured organization
- Flexibility and some travel required, particularly around peak recruiting season and planning weeks;
- Attendance at key evening events required. Ability to work overtime during peak recruiting periods

YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll work with a closely knit group of Talent Acquisition members, reporting into the NAMR Speciality Campus Talent Acquisition Lead. You'll work with the other Talent Acquisition team members to back each other up and help each other out when things get extra busy or when someone is out of the office. The team is very collaborative, agile, and enjoys learning and mentoring each other. Your manager will be a great resource for support and troubleshooting and will provide developmental guidance and support as your grow your career at BCG. You'll work closely with your local office team as well as various Talent Acquisition teams across North America.
