We are in search of an outgoing and friendly team player. We have an opening for a full-time Pet Care Customer Service Expert. Are you a compassionate and empathetic person with good communication skills? Are you a good at multitasking and have good organizational skills? At the fundamental level, PCCSE's are expected to answer communications to the clinic (phone, email, social media, etc.), schedule appointments, handle billing, provide basic veterinary education, and maintain the appearance/order for the reception area. Through these roles, PCCSE's are the first to meet a client and their pet and “create the critically important first impression” for the practice. While their job description might sound simple, PCCSE’s roles are wildly more impactful to a practice than a typical reception position.

Pay: $12.84 - $13.49 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
