Pay: $22.80 - $29.64 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary:

Join our dynamic Accounts Payable team, where you will play a crucial role in processing invoices and addressing inquiries in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Your analytical skills will help resolve invoice discrepancies efficiently, ensuring timely payment.

Responsibilities:

• Process assigned invoices accurately and promptly, conducting detailed research to resolve invoicing issues.
• Handle inquiries and disputes professionally, providing effective solutions and ensuring follow-up until resolution.
• Document and track issues through our centralized ticketing system to maintain clear communication and resolution history.
• Prepare and submit invoices for entry into our ERP systems with keen attention to detail.
• Utilize critical thinking, decisive judgment, and a self-motivated approach to maintain productivity in a high-paced setting.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Preferred: 1 year of experience in high-volume accounts payable.
