This role is focused on mobile in-app ad operations management at T-Mobile Advertising Solutions.

The person in this role will be an expert in in-app monetization and SSP integration to ensure best-in-class performance for our advertisers.

This person will also collaborate with various other departments to grow TAds' standing as a media network in the market, and will be expected to assist in the development of broader strategic efforts.

Responsibilities:

Lead the in-app ad server migration, SSP integrations, and inventory management with cross-functional teams to maximize the yields.

Identify opportunities to streamline the implementation process and troubleshoot discrepancies, technical issues, and participate in a variety of testing to find solutions.

Develop strategies for sales planning on avail forecast, campaign optimization and deliver programmatic/direct campaign management to ensure best in class performance for advertisers.

Provide adtech trends, analyze the product change, and develop action-oriented metric reviews with internal stakeholders.

Education :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.

Work Experience :


At least 5 years of relevant experience in mobile in-app advertising (both video and display), advertising operations and programmatic platforms.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strategic Thinking Capable of analyzing results and providing strategic plans to drive business growth Required.
Communication Must be an effective communicator to facilitate TMS goals in an external environment Preferred.

$89,900-$121,600


Washington Pay Range:
$80,100-$108,300


California Pay Range:
$75,300-$101,800

T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law.

The CDC currently defines "fully vaccinated" as two weeks after the second dose for Pfizer and Moderna, and two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson.

Washington Pay Range :
$81,400.00 - $110,200.00
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed.

The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role.

Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.

Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
