Through perseverance, positive attitude, and innovation, The Cassina Group provides the best service in every transaction.Job Title: Real Estate Showing Agent for Broker in ChargeReports to: Real Estate BrokerJob Summary: The Real Estate Showing Agent is responsible for coordinating and conducting property showings for clients. The agent will work closely with the broker to schedule showings, provide information on properties, and assist clients in their search for the perfect home.Key Responsibilities:Schedule and conduct property showings for clientsCommunicate with broker to coordinate showings and keep them informed of client activityProvide information about properties, including features, location, and other relevant detailsAnswer questions and address any concerns from clients during showingsProvide feedback to broker on properties and client needs and preferencesFollow up with clients after showings to gauge their level of interest and provide additional information as neededRequirements:Active Real Estate License (2-3 years in the Charleston Market preferred)Strong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as neededReliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseEducation and Experience:High school diploma or equivalentPrior experience in real estate or a related field is preferredStrong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trendsJob Type: Full-timeExperience level:2 yearsSchedule:Monday to FridaySelf-determined scheduleWeekend availabilityAbility to commute/relocate:Charleston, SC 29401: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor's (Required)Experience:Sales (Required)License/Certification:Real Estate License (Required)Work Location: Hybrid remote in Charleston, SC 29401
