Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of various bio-separation lab techniques, including RP, SEC, IEX, HILIC, CE-SDS, and cIEF with variety of detectors.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, self-motivated to learn and develop new techniques.
Capable of performing multiple tasks efficiently, keeping accurate records, following instructions, and complying with company policies.
Good personal communication skills and team worker.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced biotech start-up environment and interacting with multi-disciplinary research teams.
A background in gene therapy is preferred but not required.
You will also need to be familiar with various bio-separation lab techniques, including RP, SEC, IEX, HILIC, CE-SDS, and cIEF with variety of detectors.
