Purpose and Scope:
To Develop, implement and maintain company policies & procedures for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining telecommunications equipment. Meeting with existing customers on a regular basis & developing new avenues of revenue generation.
Responsibilities:
Oversee research, evaluation & implementation of new technologies.
Oversee weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual budgets.
Approves employees time sheets. Manages subordinate staff in the day to day performance of their job.
Ensures that the departments goals are met & adhering to approved budgets.
Work Environment:
Indoors. Local & international travels.
Managerial Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in the Telecommunications trade. 3 years in a supervisor role.
Technical Requirements:
Computer knowledge: All Microsoft programs, Outlook, Adobe, Excel & power point.
