Gimme Coffee is looking to hire friendly, communicative, energetic baristas.

ABOUT YOU

You are someone who loves coffee and loves learning. You are available for 35+ hours per week, and can make a 1-year commitment to growing alongside the Gimme community. You are ready to take on challenges with a positive attitude. You take pleasure in making someone's day. You have empathy for others and love working on a team to achieve goals that benefit yourself, your coworkers, and your customers. You are responsible and know how to have fun and get work done at the same time. You are interested in developing a new skill set. You would like to learn how to make craft espresso beverages.

Gimme Coffee is an employee owned cooperative and the baristas are unionized!

ABOUT OUR CURRENT SCHEDULE

Our schedule at Gates Hall is Monday - Friday, 7:15 AM - 4:30 PM. We have monthly continuing education labs and cafe meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Communicative team-player
• Greet fellow humans warmly
• Enjoy hustling and multi-tasking
• Loves coffee and wants to know more about it
• Previous coffee or customer service experience preferred

COMPENSATION

Wages: $18.00/hr (starting), $18.50/hr (after training)
