Process Improvement Expert

We are **Executive Avail-A-Search**, a custom manufacturer that serves various industries. We are seeking a skilled Converting Engineer to join our team in York, PA. In this role, you will serve as the technical bridge between customers, sales teams, product management, and operations for the converting business.

Your primary responsibilities will include leading technical discovery for converting applications, developing and maintaining product costing, and leading cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into finished converted products. You will also design and conduct experiments, analyze data, and make recommendations based on statistical interpretation.

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline and a minimum of 3-5 years experience in converting manufacturing. You should also have 3-5 years of product development experience with an understanding of converting processes and technology, as well as the ability to utilize AutoCAD to design parts and tooling.
