Key Responsibilities

As an Event Staff member, you will be responsible for:

  • Loading event rental equipment into trucks at the warehouse
  • Riding with the crew to event locations (local/regional)
  • Setting up event items on-site (tables, chairs, tents, lighting, dcor, etc.)
  • Remaining on-site to assist as needed during events
  • Breaking down, packing up, and reloading items after events
  • Returning to the warehouse to unload and properly store rental items
  • Maintaining cleanliness and care of rental equipment
