We’re looking for a Social Media Associate who is passionate about social media and loves shoes! You should know how to connect with an audience, love building community, and be capable of turning engagement into real results. You’ll be responsible for the voice and image of Hansen’s Shoes across TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest. You will work closely with and have the full support from the E-Commerce Manager.
Position Responsibilities:
Content Creation
• Develop compelling, on-brand content including photos, Reels, TikToks, Stories, and Pins.
• Capture and edit short-form video content using native editing tools or apps.
• Create visually appealing collages, lookbooks, and seasonal style guides to showcase product stories.
• Collaborate with our team to promote new arrivals, seasonal collections, and community stories.
• Stay ahead of social trends, audio, and visual styles—especially on TikTok and Instagram.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all content.
Account Management
• Plan, schedule, and post content across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Monitor analytics and performance metrics; share insights and recommend improvements.
• Strategize to grow our follower base and increase engagement.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and tagged content.
• Coordinate with the e-commerce team for product launches, sales, and promotions.
Influencer Management
• Manage our growing Influencer & Affiliate Program: track performance, onboard new partners, and maintain strong relationships.
• Identify and reach out to potential influencers/creators who align with our brand.
• Coordinate influencer gifting, commission tracking, and performance goals.
• Collect UGC from partners for use across our platforms and marketing materials.
• Ensure influencers meet content posting requirements and brand standards.
Qualifications
• Experience in social media marketing and management preferred, we're open to training the right candidate!
• Skills in content creation, graphic design, and customer service
• Strong writer with a warm, engaging tone that fits our brand voice
• Comfortable with data—able to translate insights into actionable ideas
• Strong communication skills, self-motivated, and collaborative
• Passionate about style, comfort, and building community
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
