Responsibilities

• Ensure trips are covered in a timely manner
• Escalate to customer or field operations when needed
• Ensure accuracy of trips and provide assistance as needed
• Update systems timely and accurately
• Professionally coordinate with all Field Management
• All other job duties as assigned 

Qualifications

To perform this position successfully, attendance is critical.  There’s no time like the present, and no substitute for being present.

• Good typing and 10-key skills
• Good phone customer service skills 

Education & Experience 

• High School diploma or equivalent  
• 1 to 2 years dispatching or related customer service experience and/or training preferred  
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
