Maintain detailed records and documentation of all inspections and findings.
Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to identify areas for improvement in the production process.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control procedures and make recommendations for improvement.
Train and mentor new quality inspectors to ensure consistency and accuracy in inspections.
Communicate with suppliers and vendors regarding quality standards and expectations.
Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
Act as a brand ambassador for Tesla, representing the company's values and commitment to quality.
Take initiative to suggest and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
