Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our team at Live More Ithaca. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain productive relationships with current and prospective tenants, negotiating leases and renewals as needed.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures, ensuring smooth transitions and timely turnovers.
• Source and build relationships with potential tenants to maintain high occupancy rates.
• Enforce community rules by addressing violation complaints, sending notices, and following up as necessary.
Business Operations
• Negotiate contracts with contractors and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of services and adherence to standards.
• Evaluate and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Finance & Accounting
• Manage revenue, budgets, and profit and loss (P&L) reports for each property.
• Track and manage past-due accounts, sending late payment notices and negotiating payment plans as needed.
Qualifications
• Minimum 4 years of experience in property management or related fields.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable speaking with tenants and vendors both in person and over the phone.
