Detailed Job Description:
• The Operations Coordinator serves as the operational backbone of our dynamic investment firm, ensuring seamless execution of financial, administrative, and compliance processes.
• Key responsibilities include daily operations management, financial and bookkeeping support, document and transaction management, compliance and reporting, investor and client relations, and special projects coordination.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong financial acumen, including familiarity with bookkeeping, budgeting, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Able to develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational workflows.
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM applications, and office productivity tools.
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high levels of confidentiality.
