The primary responsibility of the position will be to prepare and coordinate proposals for new projects. The Marketing Coordinator will be involved in all aspects of proposal preparation including monitoring publications for RFQ/RFPs, attending pre-submittal meetings, assembling and coordinating sub-consulting and partner firms, responding to proposal requirements, develop and update collateral, and overall document production.
Responsibilities
- Preparation and coordination of proposals
- Create and maintain marketing materials
- Monitor business periodicals, other subscription services, web pages, events and articles for opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably within Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or Economics
- 2 - 3 years' experience in marketing/brand management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with Adobe Suite products
