Job Summary


Responsible for crafting thoughtful copy and creating compelling content that elevates brand messaging to engage and activate stakeholders across all channels. Responsible for engaging our internal and external customers through innovative, consistent and excellent communication, brand management, and cutting-edge content creation across the enterprise. This position collaborates, creates and reviews the content for social media posts, presentations, branded events and recruitment ads, publications and other critical communications, in alignment with all Company policies, procedures, values, key objectives and regulations.




Essential Functions

  • Collaborates and partners with Company leadership and stakeholders to clearly understand history, business strategy and key objectives and to define consistent strategies and marketing brand guidelines in support of the Company?s direction and needs.

  • Creates and manages internal, external and branded written content that is compliant, on-brand and true to brand voice strategy. Edit and proofread copy through all stages of the creative process to ensure clarity, accuracy and consistency.

  • Generates ideas for content based on data, customer insights, brand strategy, and industry standards, and presents messaging strategies and recommendations to leadership. Produces strategic creative solutions, and creates effective, engaging concepts for promotions that support business objectives that adhere to established brand voice.

  • Creates and reviews social platform content and analyzes marketing details for public messaging and event experiences. Writes creative, efficient and timely communications, meets project deliverables and tracks effectiveness of publishing. Uses data to create unique, compelling, high-quality and scalable content to include publications, presentations, print and digital assets and other content as required.

  • Plans, handles and communicates efficient internal and external workflows, aligns messaging with all business partners and collaborates with agency relationships to ensure appropriate communications utilize the most effective channels and contain accurate and compelling information. Provides day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of production challenges.

  • Builds strong relationships with cross-functional teams and leadership as needed to meet marketing and communication expectations while enabling an innovative environment. Creates and grows branded events and media content based upon a solid understanding of audience needs, business goals and event logistics.

  • Utilizes LEAN concepts or other continuous improvement methodologies to ensure the most efficient operations, processes, and activities.

  • Promotes and models the Company mission, vision and values through exercising sound and ethical business practices, championing all elements of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and providing high quality services and programs as they relate to clients, subcontractors, co-workers, suppliers and the public.



Required Education, Experience and Skills


  • Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent work experience in marketing, journalism, business administration or a related field.

  • Minimum 4-6 years of professional experience, preferably a combination of in-house and agency work, with a proven track record in creating highly effective marketing content and executing successful data-driven social media programs.

  • Strong experience with project/program management leadership and practices. Experience using analytics tools and driving production processes.

  • Strong copywriting skills, ability to uphold quality standards of style and grammar to produce high-quality edited content. Understands brand voice and can elevate and evolve clear, concise copy. Strong inclination towards design and visual with communication and brand management.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects at once, work within tight deadlines and adjust to changes in priorities.

  • Experience building strong internal and external business partner relationships and working with cross-functional managers and leaders to define plans and create innovative and effective Company-branded media communications across the business.

  • Ability to think strategically and entrepreneurially, telling compelling stories that connect to creative business solutions. Superb and innovative written and verbal communication skills.

  • Exceptional listening, presentation, negotiation, conflict management and persuasion skills, as well as the ability to influence employees at all levels. Solid business development and client communication skills and a demonstrated ability to build strong cross-functional and community relationships at all levels.
