Job Description:

The primary focus of the Analytics Consultant position in Business Support Services is to ensure operational efficiencies and excellent customer service levels are met via the application of analytical tools and techniques. Some of the tasks that this position entails include designing innovative routing options, implementing and monitoring these plans to ensure they are meeting the objectives as expected, and maintaining accurate database records and customer programs in all software systems used throughout the company. The Business Analyst also serves as the key contact person for authorized database changes and is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and monitoring of customer commission and beverage agreements.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:
• If you're interested in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Supply-Chain Management, consider pursuing a Bachelor's degree to acquire expertise in these fields.
• Experience of 1-3 years in the direct store delivery industry or a comparable combination of education and experience gives an added advantage.
• Proficient in navigating and executing complex tasks on Excel, Word, and Outlook, which are essential components of Microsoft Office.
• Having prior experience in using Routing Software is preferred.

Work Environment:
