Minimum Requirements:

Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 5 years of related customer service experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

Previous health insurance industry experience preferred. Advanced benefits, claims processing or membership knowledge preferred. License required where appropriate. Professional appearance and dress required for client and member facing events.
