About Us
We are a leading Am Law 100 firm seeking a Patent Agent or Technical Advisor to join our Life Sciences Patent Counseling and Prosecution practice in Boston. Our team provides top-notch patent counseling and prosecution services to clients across various industries.
Responsibilities
• Manage domestic and international patent portfolios for pharma and life sciences companies.
• Prepare office action responses, conduct searches, analyze patents for due diligence and FTO analyses.
• Evaluate patent subject matter and advise on patentability and infringement risks.
Requirements
• Advanced degree in Organic Chemistry, with a Ph.D. preferred.
• USPTO registration is required.
• Prior law firm and scientific experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills; team focused.
